A Three Castles Burning Live Podcast. Host Donal Fallon will be joined by Ann Marie Duffin, creator of the Instagram page Bia Duit, for a live recording exploring what Dubliners were eating in 1904, the year Ulysses is set. Snacks inspired by the period will be provided by Assassination Custard.

From hotel dining rooms and restaurants to cafés, street markets, and home kitchens, the chat will dig into the everyday food culture of the city at the beginning of the twentieth century.
