Bloomsday in Bogotá

As part of Bloomsday & Beyond: Celebrating Ireland, Island of Writers, The Embassy of Ireland in Colombia and the National University of Colombia invite you to a meeting with Irish writer Sinéad Gleeson, one of the most prominent voices in contemporary Irish literature, on 19th June at 10am. The event will include a reading of an excerpt from her book Hagstone and a discussion about the creative process, current writing in Ireland, and the trends shaping the island’s literary production.
