This Saturday, 14th June 2025 from 3–5pm at The Drogheda Tourist Office, The Tholsel will come alive with the spirit of James Joyce, as readers from Sheila Joyce’s Ulysses book group and local artists gather to celebrate Bloomsday. The event will feature a rich blend of music and readings, including contributions from acclaimed composer and Joycean Michael Holohan and singer Noelle Bowe. An open mic segment for participants to read from Joyces works. In true Joycean style, attendees are invited to dress as characters from Ulysses. All are welcome to join this vibrant celebration of literature, music, and community. Admission free.
